This is a build-and-scale moment. JBS is entering its next stage of growth, and fundraising is central to making that future real. We’re looking for someone excited to build and scale the revenue engine behind that growth — the data, the systems, the strategy, and the execution that turn belief into sustained revenue. You’ll carry your own portfolio of mid-level and major donors, cultivate relationships directly, and close gifts — with real opportunity to grow legacy giving and foundation support alongside the broader donor base.
Digital Growth Manager
Hybrid/Remote (NY/NJ/CT) · $80,000–$100,000
JBS has built a loyal audience, a deep content archive, and a trusted brand in Jewish media — with thousands of videos, a weekly email audience, and active social channels, all with substantial room to grow. Your primary goal is simple: grow the JBS audience across platforms using both our existing content and new programming produced every week.
Booking Producer
Hybrid/Remote (NY/NJ/CT) — in-studio required Tuesdays/Thursdays · $80,000–$100,000
The guests who sit across from our hosts are a critical part of what makes our programming compelling. You’ll serve as the dedicated producer for our flagship programs — Jewish Insights with Justin Pines and In the Spotlight with Abigail Pogrebin — stewarding the full lifecycle of a program, from identifying the right voices to shaping the conversation, overseeing production, and supporting how each episode reaches its audience.
